40 years - 40 natural reserves – Aarnecht
Numerous species of orchids, as well as the Great Bat, one of the largest bats in Europe, have taken up residence on the grounds of Aarnecht.
Aarnecht is a nature reserve with limestone soil where many species of orchids have taken up residence. In addition to the orchids that color the area, it is possible to discover many butterflies, an oak forest, and juniper formations. Among the rare species that can be observed on the site, let's mention the great murin - one of the largest bats in Europe - or the damier de la succise butterfly.
