With their new LP, Romanticize The Dive, just around the corner, Emily and Jimmy gently blew Tom's mind with their takes on indie music and the good life.

"There's something insane and vulnerable and punk rock about just saying 'All I'm seeing is all my flaws,'" so Emily Haines says of Victim of Luck, the opening track of their upcoming studio album, Romanticize The Dive.

Due to release on 24 April, it'll be their tenth LP, and the perspective is retrospective. As insiders in the world of indie music, Emily and Jimmy found the time to chat with Tom about looking back, finding the essence of Metric, and what it means to live the good life in a messed up world.
