Tom Talks to Luxembourgish filmmaker Kiyan Agadjani
Talented young filmmaker Kiyan's filmography casually includes some award-winning short films and a Francis of Delirium music video.

Screenwriter, director, and assistant director Kiyan's short Arman & Elisa (2023) won the award for Best Short at the Austin Film Festival, which qualified him for the 2025 Academy Awards.
His 2025 short Linda, Linda! won Best Fiction Short Film at the Lëtzebuerger Filmpräis (Luxembourg Film Prize) – and his been touring the global film festival circuit since.
He's also woven into the Grand Duchy's creative fabric, cooperating with the likes of Jana Bahrich (a.k.a. Francis of Delirium) for the music video for It's a Beautiful Life.
You can catch Kiyan's short film Arman & Elisa at Sunset Cinema in Kirchberg on 6 and 8 August, and his latest short film Linda, Linda! at Cinémathèque on 29 September as part of the Nuits en Or Festival.
