Julie Meynen still currently holds the national records in the 50m, 100m, and 200m freestyle. She also holds the national record in the 50m butterfly.

Julie formerly reached a career-high world ranking of 12 in the world for the 50m freestyle event. Julie attended Auburn University from 2015 to 2019 where she competed for their swim team and won multiple events at theSEC Championships
