James and Nathan welcomed one of Luxembourg’s greats in 1500m running, Charles Grethen, for their 230th episode.

Charles calculated that it’s been 187 shows since his last appearance! Back then we reflected on the highs of his 1500m final at the Tokyo Olympics. This time, he shares the unexpected challenges in his preparations for Paris 2024.

It’s been finals time in the footy down under, so we brought in Johnny Williams via dial-in, and he informed us about the AFL final that took place in Sydney last weekend. James also chimed in with his thoughts on the NRL final that happened just a day earlier.
