Thirty-five years after The Charlatans first broke through with “The Only One I Know,” frontman Tim Burgess is preparing to release We Are Love, the band’s first new album in eight years.

Recorded at the legendary Rockfield Studios, the album finds Burgess and his bandmates looking back with affection but pushing forward with renewed purpose, blending reflection, resilience, and an undimmed creative spark.
