I wasn't sure Blanket Hill were going to make it in today, but in the end I had a great chat with frontman and lead writer David Masion. Quite a short chat, so we'll maybe catch up with David and Blanket Hill sometime in 2025. They're releasing the album THE ASH THAT SHALL REMAIN next Friday the 27th, with the album release gig Saturday 28th at Rockhal ... where GRUPO PILON are playing tonight, unleashing their 5th dose of fine funana, Nu Sta Li (We Are Here). We also hear from GO BY BROOKS on the 8th anniversary of their 2nd EP, some poignant memories tied into the track I played; and MARCY, playing today at Rotondes!
