Andy from THERAPY? talks cakes, Courtney Love, covers, Ozzy, Metallica...

+Troublegum 30th anniversary tour, THAT album art...
Had a LOT of fun with this one ...
Andy Cairns, frontman of alt-rock legends Therapy? spoke to me at length ahead of their Nov 21st Rockhal gig, on a tour celebrating 30 years of TROUBLEGUM. We started on Coca Cola cakes, got onto Courtney Love, covering Joy Division and Judas Priest, THAT sleeve design, losing the drum tech for a couple of days after a night on the tear in Luxembourg ... a truly wide ranging chat!
Andy also suggested some new Northern Irish acts who I've since reached out to - I play tracks by some of those, more to come next Sunday, together with the last bits of the interview. Should be a great gig!
