The 40th edition of the Festival of Migrations, Cultures and Citizenship is taking place on February 25 & 26 2023 at the LuxExpo with 400 stands and multiple events. Joining me for this part was Wendy Winn; an American-Luxembourgish poet, writer and artist who is doing three residencies with the festival including an art installation and a project where she aims to make poetry more accessible which she collaborated with Neil Hatfield on. Neil is a photographer and will also have a residency at the festival and his work will be displayed along a Luxembourg rail line.
