Jacky Schmitt and her extremely well-behaved 18-month old daughter June joined Melissa to discuss the benefits of Crossfit. Jacky started crossfit 10 years ago and is now a coach at Crossfit Valens and has even represented Luxembourg at the highly competitive Crossfit Games!
