Melissa was joined by Samantha Furbush Taraskiewicz and her 8 year old daughter Evelyn. They joined their local Luxembourg branch of the British Girlguiding Overseas in 2019 not long after moving here, Samantha had just had her second child and was looking to make new friends and an activity in English for Evelyn. Four years later, Evelyn has advanced to a Brownie and Samantha is a brownie leader. They recently got the sad news that BGO is closing down all branches outside of the UK which the BGO have said is because it's"too much corporate risk", Samantha tells us the impact this will have and what she is doing to tackle the issue.
