Hugo Da Costa is just 18 years old and is the youngest elected for the Democratic Party (DP), he has been elected in the municipal elections for his commune Betzdorf. Hugo is a first-generation Luxembourger and became interested in politics at the age of 9. He was involved in creating a Student Parliament Initiative at his school, was a UNICEF Young Ambassador in 2019 and is the former president of the Youth Parliament.
