Benny J is an Australian-born artist whose creative expression delves into life's hurdles while navigating the complexities of living with a rare disease, he joined Melissa again after his first visit in May. Benny tells us about his new show 'Embracing Life', how his mental health has been since we last spoke and how he is trying EMDR therapy.
