Sandrine Gashonga, president of Lëtz Rise Up and Roberta Miller, ambassador for She_Builds Global Initiative joined Melissa to chat about their two organisations coming together for the Peanut Project. Lëtz Rise Up is a feminist and anti-racist association and She_Builds actively invests in promoting entrepreneurial woman. The Peanut Project is an annual event to provide up-and-coming female entrepreneurs access and opportunity to learn from some of the country’s top experts and this years event featured some former guests of The Home Stretch. Sandrine and Roberta tell us about some unsettling statistics from the results of a new report titled "Being Black in the EU", how we can support women of colour in business and their plans for the future.
