Playwright Larisa Faber and multidisciplinary actor and theatre maker Kristin Winters joined us in studio to discuss the new play 'The Land We Shared' which will premiere at Les Théâtres de la Ville de Luxembourg on May 7th. The play blends documentary theatre, live music, and a massive cabbage to uncover the complex layers of grief and historical memory. A semi-autobiographical puzzle with a real-life discovery after Larisa's grandmother’s burial becomes a gateway into examining unfinished business, attempting to right the wrongs of the past. Larisa and Kristin share how rehearsals are going, how Kristin is learning Romanian and the drums for the play, and they give us the lowdown on this giant cabbage.
