Rockhal celebrates 20 years with two grand events: Encore! and Monumental Tour
Music made in Luxembourg will be the theme of both evenings which celebrate both the Rockhal itself and the town of Belval
It's all about honoring Rockhal's big 20 years! Olivier Toth dropped by the studio to speak to Tom and Meredith about two epic musical celebrations which are sure to dazzle.
Rockhal curates musical moments that live rent free in our minds and they are now offering two free events to memorialize the music made in Luxembourg. Both will be an immersive experience which will celebrate the artist, the audience, as well as the people behind the scenes which make everything happen.
ENCORE, will take place on Wednesday, the 24th of September and the second event, Monumental Tour, will take place on Saturday the 27th of September.
Monumental Tour will take the show outside and deliver a sound and light show as well as illuminating the historical blast furnaces. It's a party, afterall, and the rumour is there will be fireworks!
ENCORE: Out of the +500 local musical acts who have played at their venues, rehearsed at Rocklab or collaborated on their joint musical endeavour, a selection – reflecting the scene’s diversity as much as its past, present and future –will take the stage of the Mainhall.
