Children's Author Paddy Donnelly
The Irish writer and artist joined the Sam Steen Show ahead of his appearaces this week at the Irish Embassey and Luxembourg City Library
On The Sam Steen Show, we’re joined by a very special guest, Paddy Donnelly, the award-winning Irish author and illustrator whose picture books have captured imaginations around the world.
Paddy is based in Belgium and is in Luxembourg this week for a series of events celebrating storytelling, creativity, and the joy of reading. He’ll be leading sessions at the Luxembourg City Library on the 31st of October, and the Irish Embassy will host a special event the day before, bringing together young readers and families for readings in both English and Luxembourgish.
It’s part of a wonderful initiative by the Embassy, now in its second year, to connect with younger members of the Irish community, celebrate bilingual storytelling, and highlight the incredible range of Irish authors writing for children and young adults.
