Paul Heber stopped by the studio to chat about World Children’s Day. Luxembourg is one of Europe’s wealthiest countries, yet about one in four children is still at risk of poverty or social exclusion. Child poverty in Luxembourg is increasingly multidimensional: not only income, but also housing affordability, childcare availability, education gaps, and mental health issues.Today marks UNICEF’s global day of action for children, by children, marking the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child on November 20.
