Ireland and Luxembourg have a long history
Ahead of St Patrick's Day, Sam was delighted to chat with Irish Ambassador, Jean McDonald and Deputy Head, Caoimhe McCarthy about the historically close relationship between Luxembourg and Ireland.
With over 2,500 Irish people living and working in Luxembourg, they also chatted about the The Irish Young Professionals Network (IYPN), as well as the recent visit to Dublin by PM Luc Frieden ahead of the EU Presidency as well as the historical County Carlow connection.
The Irish Young Professionals Network (IYPN) - Luxembourg, launched by the Embassy of Ireland in July 2025, serves as a hub for early/mid-career Irish professionals to connect and receive career support
