Superdrive: How Does It Feel?
Louis Wright chats about their new song and what fans have to look forward to.
Louis Wright from Superdrive joined us on The Sam Steen show** to fill us in on the details on the band’s latest chapter. In case they are new to you: Superdrive is one of our favourite local rock machines roaring out of Luxembourg and we always love a chat with Louis.
Following last year’s single Let Go, the band says their sound has evolved, with the new material leaning into storytelling and emotion, including songs centred around loss. Fans of classic hard rock will definitely catch those strong Guns N' Roses vibes.
Superdrive have already recorded five tracks, with two more still to go, so an album is firmly on the horizon which we can look forward to in the Autumn.
Catch them live at Mestival Weekend on Friday at 8:30pm, followed by a Pearl Jam tribute set. They’ll also play a special hour-and-a-half show at Kantin in Dudelange on May 16th, celebrating two band members’ birthdays.
