At the same time, they push forward the invasion of Baghdad. Alex's father, Frank, escapes on a mission to Baghdad but is ambushed. The informant Abeer escapes with the controversial evidence of the false statements.<br />

2023: Alex discovers evidence of his father's BND work. After a meeting with Ivo Rebic, he is attacked in Berlin by assassins who demand a secret DVD.

The series tells the story of Alex, a young man who seeks to uncover the truth about the death of his father, a Bundeswehr sniper, and in doing so becomes entangled in a dangerous political conspiracy.
