Originally from the United States, she has been living in Luxembourg for over two years, as well as spending four years previously in Southeast Asia – experiences that shaped her global perspective on family life, wellness, and balance. A former certified personal trainer with eight years of experience, she remains deeply committed to promoting practical, sustainable health habits with her own family.
