Melissa was joined by three remarkable young people who won the recent selection for the TedXLuxembourg City Ideas competition and will now do their very own Ted talk on May 10th. Sam Elsey is 17 and will talk about how the day he learned to accept feedback (as a teenager) which changed his life forever. Caecilia Reidl is a 12 year old visually impaired competitive Judo athlete andd aims to compete in the Paralympics of Los Angeles in 2028. Her determined, never-lose attitude has provided her with multiple championship wins and she will discuss Judo as part of her Ted talk. Lara Pedrosa Martins is 18 and has a strong connection to music, she will discuss overcoming her fears and insecurities caused by the adults around her through song.
