Vika and Yuri join Stephen Lowe to reach out for help regarding the Ukraine - Russia crisis

Yuri and Vika fled the Ukraine following the shelling of Kiev. Vika received a call in the early hours of the morning as shells began to fall in and around the city. Yuri, Vika's husband was in Turkey as the news broke that Russia had declared war on the Ukraine. Here the pair describe, in detail their dire situation and implore international agencies to do more than simple 'offer' help and hope.
