Brutus are a band you would struggle to put in a box. Even if you did somehow manage it, they’d smash their way out of it right away. The Belgian trio are set to go proper massive, with their new LP Unison Life due out later in October, and here I got to talk with Stefanie and Stijn about how they got to be in this position and what it means for them to be able to play night after night. We also get a sneak peak into what happens when mistakes get made and how the band have matured and developed their signature sound. This is part one of two.
