The Lunchbox: Shed Seven - Rick Witter itvw pt 1

"It's not like we've had a hit record completely out of the blue - we've just happened to write a number of songs that appear to connect with people""
We recently caught up with the affable frontman of the album-topping Shed Seven and found Rick Witter to be candid, open and honest in how the band’s more recent success is less of a surprise to him than it may be to others. We learn how the record A Matter Of Time came to be, if the sofa on the album’s cover stinks to the high heavens and we take a look back at the rather sneery attitude certain music press had when the band first hit the big time…Given that I spent a good deal of time in my teens listening to Change Giver (the Shed’s debut record) this one was really enjoyable chat. Check it out.
